Transferring data from institution to personal account

Hello! As a student, I was using my institution's Microsoft 365 subscription for the last several years. Now that I am about to graduate but will continue to need Microsoft 365 products, I was wondering what the most efficient way would be to transfer my data stored on OneDrive through that institutional account to my personal account?
