Using Coversation View with an Outlook Message Template

I created a message template in Outlook for my team to send out daily. The responses that I have received from this template are grouped into one giant conversation in Outlook, rather than individual conversations based on separate people sending the email.

Even when someone replies to a message sent with the template, it is not grouped with the original message, it is bundled in with all other emails that were sent with the template.

Is there a way to either change my template or my conversation settings to prevent this? I want to be able to see each email as a separate conversation but have a template that will allow ease of use for my team.

    Hi Diane.

Yes, subject was added into the template, showing the same on each message.

There is no way for the messages to separate into conversations as they would without the use of a template? If the subject line is the only identifier that separates conversations, if so, is there a way to auto-fill with a date/time so that every email is unique?

Or would I expect that we would need to make sure to use a unique subject that doesn't match every time we send the email.

Hi, I'm Diane and I'm happy to help you today.

The subject is the same for all messages? Using different subjects *should* result in separate conversations. Otherwise, you'll need to turn conversations off when you review the messages - or move them to a separate folder and turn group by conversation off on that folder.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
