Can't access Azure Portal

Recently, I updated security information on my microsoft account. Now, I am blocked 30 days until the information gets updated. I can't access Azure portal, and i won't pay for services that I'm not using. I can't create a support ticket, because, as I said above, I can't access the portal. I need something to cancel my subscription, or at least, shutdown my resources. Thanks.
