Folder placed as a sub-folder under 'Junk Email' - Emails missing but folder remains.

Somehow a very important folder was placed as a sub-folder under 'Junk Email'. I'm unsure when exactly this happened however I only noticed this earlier today when I went to look for some information in an email.

I attempted on numerous occasions to get some help with this via the 'Live Chat Widget' but either received little help or no advisor was there to help at all.

I had been told to download the Email Recovery add-in but it doesn't seem to be working and I'm not exactly sure how to use it as the advisor cut off the chat before I could get through all the steps. When looking up the reviews for the add-in, I saw someone had explained an almost similar scenario to mine and had raved about getting their emails back so I am hopeful that I can get mine back too.

It would be greatly appreciated if I could get some help as I need to recover these emails ASAP.

Hi, unfortunately not. The emails seem to have been 'permanently deleted' from the Junk folder.

I'm trying to figure out how to use the 'Email Recovery' add-in to try and retrieve them but not having any luck with getting it to work currently.

I'm using web browser and also the the app.
