    Hi

I am an Independent Advisor, trying to help other users in the Community with my experience in Microsoft products. Please note that I am a user like you and don't work directly for Microsoft.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue and I hope the following suggestion will work in your case.

The email you received is defintely spam/malicious and not from Microsoft. DO NOT CLICK ON THE DOCS.GOOGLE.COM link!

    First, change your password:

    https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

    Then:

Please head over here and log in with your outlook.com account: https://account.microsoft.com/security?lang=en-GB&refd=account.microsoft.com

    Select View My Activity.

Should you not recognize any of the recent activities on your account, click the Secure your account option.

Please let me know if that helped.

    Regards

    Casper
