AzurePipeline fails with android values errors

Hey,
Trying to build an APK and IPA for my app for the first time. Trying to get run my pipelines but it fails when trying to build the android .csproj.
See below for the errors. I can't see these errors on Visual Studio which is why I'm slightly confused as to what to do. I did have alot more but removed Google play services for maps from my project and that brought it down.
Any help would be appreciated!
