I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with your Microsoft account.
This usually happens when the date of birth on the account is not correct.
- Kindly log into your account through account.microsoft.com.
- Click on Your info on the left pane.
- Click on Edit profile info.
- Update your date of birth to be more than 18 years and click on Save.
