Analyse Outlook Data on Mac

Hi all, I would like to track the amount of meetings I have and their duration. I am currently doing this manually, but with all the technology around these days, there must be a better way. I have tried using Viva, but this data cannot be customised, so it gives me data that I can't use for my reporting. I am happy for the data to be exported to an excel spreadsheet if that would be the way to go or I am open to other suggestions. It seems that whenever I try to look up how to do this, the only suggestions provided are for a Windows computer, whereas I need instructions for a Mac please.

Thank you

    Hello Koala26735,

Thank you for posting this case in Microsoft Community!

As mentioned, you want to analyze Outlook meeting data on Mac to track the amount of meetings you have and their duration. I would like to cooperate with you working on this case. To clarify this case, I did further testing on Outlook for Mac, but it seems that there is no direct workaround to track the amount of meetings you have and their duration to generate the report. I am so sorry that have to find or apply other tools to do meeting data analysis.

For my suggestion, if the range of data analysis is to track the amount of Microsoft Teams meetings you have and their duration in Outlook for Mac, it is recommended that you can go to Microsoft Teams Admin Center to generate related user reports. You may check following Microsoft article as reference:

Microsoft 365 Reports in the admin center - Microsoft Teams user activity

    Microsoft Teams analytics and reporting

(**Please Note:**When you tried to run Teams user report, it is showing: Due to privacy settings set by global administrators in the organization, you are unable to view your username. Please change the organization wide privacy settings in the Microsoft 365 Management Center to view the username. Learn how to change privacy settings)

Also for Outlook for Mac case, you can also directly reach to Outlook for Mac in app support team, they have required more resources, so should be they assist you quickly with their resources. To contact them , kindly go to Help > contact support or check with Contact support within Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Support. They can also involve more resources to investigate the issue from backend side. This would be the most efficient way in handling this case for you.

Your understanding and patience will be appreciated.

    Thank you!
