I had the same problem and I couldn't solve it, I think the problem is the version of Azure Storage Explorer 1.2 for that reason I decided to download other version, I downloaded the v1.19.1 version, this is the link of the version: https://github.com/microsoft/AzureStorageExplorer/releases/tag/V1.19.1

the system cannot find the path specified.

Also, is this an upgrade or a clean install? If an upgrade, can they try to uninstall the old version first then try to install again.
