Hello, I use Outlook locally as an app on my Mac for work. It is connected to my Microsoft365 Business Account. In addition to the normal inbox, I use a separate folder structure in Outlook to store my emails. When I'm online, I can see all emails. However, as soon as I'm offline, many of the emails I filed are gone. In Outlook for Windows you can use the instructions below (see link) for the appropriate settings.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available on Outllok for Mac. How can I make sure I can see all emails offline? Thank you very much and kind regards from Germany, Michael

Dear Bilge, unfortunately I haven't found a satisfactory solution for a Mac.  Not all emails are still being downloaded from the Exchange Server.  In my opinion, this also makes data backup very difficult.  I now have a work around with a Windows notebook. There I can export a PST File. I would like a reasonable solution, but Microsoft support couldn't help me. Sorry

    Dear Kerry Chen,

thank you very much for your reply. I will contact the support within Outlook for Mac and hopefully they will have solution for my problem. Otherwise a workaround would be using Apple Mail, but I prefer Outlook.

Thank you very much and have an nice day yours Michael Ropertz
