why does my api key no longer works with wordfast pro?

My api key was working fine for 70 % of the document I was translating, then I got the following errors when trying to access my translation document.
I have already reached out to Wordfast support team and they say the problem comes from the Key and its an azure issue.

romungi-MSFT 48,911 Reputation points Microsoft Employee Moderator2021-07-06T06:06:25.607+00:00 @Stéphane Martin Since this is a third party integration of the translator API with the resource you have created it would be difficult to check how the API is called i.e how the body of the request is formed. Because, depending on your resource tier there are certain limits to the no. of characters that could be translated/hour and per/request. The limits are documented here for reference.
Since some of the translation worked I think your limits might have exhausted and you could upgrade the tier of your resource from Azure portal. If you like to check its usage you can click on the Metrics tab on the left and verify the usage.
You could also verify if the key is valid by calling the azure translator API using any of the methods mentioned here. If the key works fine then there should be some issue in the wordfast API call to Azure.

Also, to be honest I don't understand the rest of what is in that page.

2021-07-07T03:55:41.04+00:00 Please check if your Azure translator key used in the 3rd party application can be called directly using a simple curl request. For example:
curl -X POST "https://api.cognitive.microsofttranslator.com/translate?api-version=3.0&from=en&to=zh-Hans" -H "Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: <your-client-secret>" -H "Content-Type: application/json; charset=UTF-8" -d "[{'Text':'Hello, what is your name?'}]"The above request is translating english to chinese and the subscription key needs to be replaced in the header
"Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: <your-client-secret>"If the above request works fine then the 3rd patry application call needs to be checked on how the request is formed.
If the above request fails then could you verify if you are using the right subscription key of your resource from Azure portal. -

2021-07-08T17:52:56.393+00:00 Hello, i replaced "Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: <your-client-secret>" or even just Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: <your-client-secret> with the Api Key and I get the following error message on my browser:

2021-07-09T04:42:01.25+00:00 @Stéphane Martin The request needs to be run using curl from your command line or command prompt if you are using windows with a POST request.
The keys can be regenerated from Azure portal from Keys and endpoint tab.

I tried to go to keys and endpoint, but its greyed out, why ?

2021-07-12T05:02:23.253+00:00 Yes, that should work if curl is already installed on your mac.
The keys are greyed out because they cannot be changed manually, you will have to copy the keys by using the copy option at the end of the box. Then use it in the curl command.

2021-07-12T15:04:07.22+00:00 OK, so I tried with terminal, first I made sure curl was installed and it was, then I put the API KEY number on the curl command you gave me, I tried either with "" or without and I got the same error message.
as for the keys and endpoint issue, its not the key that is greyed out but rather the whole Keys and endpoint thing on the left and in yellow.

2021-07-12T17:19:28.46+00:00 Could you please post a screen shot from azure portal on the section that is greyed out?
In the above curl command have you used the header key too? That is, you only need to replace the section in <> and remove the angled brackets.
"Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key: <your-client-secret>"If this is replaced correctly then the error message indicates your resource keys are not valid and this could be an issue with the resource.
Also, could you confirm if your Azure account is a free account or a pay as you go account? -

The section that was greyed out was the one with the yellow key, keys and endpoint.
However today I signed in, and it was no longer greyed out, I was able to use the second key and it now works on Wordfast Pro again.
