New outlook missing emails

Hello,

I noticed since I started using the new outlook version that emails that contain attachments from external people are not shown in my inbox. But if I open old classic outlook, they are there.

Is this an issue with new Outlook in general or do I need to change my settings?

Thanks,

    Thanks for your prompt answer.

There are no downloads pending and the tickbox mentioned is unchecked and it still doesnt work.

Any other option I can try?

    Thanks,

1- Makesure that your new oulook is updated to the latest version.

    2- Check Attachment Handling Settings:

Switch off the new Outlook button (top right corner).

Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Attachment Handling. Make sure that the option “Turn off Attachment Preview” is unchecked. If it’s checked, uncheck it, click OK, and restart Outlook.
