I have had error 550 5.7.1 for approximately 3 weeks, and I have raised several tickets but they never come to anything, the most they answer me is that they are working on this but I have no more answers, in fact of the last tickets I have not received even the email that is being worked on, I need to send emails to outlook however I have not been able to obtain a solution for this, I don't know if I have to do something else to speed up the process but it has been like this for a long time and I have not been able to find a solution.
