    Hi,
    If it's just the office software that's causing this problem, I suggest you repair office:

    1.Open Control Panel - Programs and Features
    2.Click Microsoft Office in the list of installed applications
    3.click 'Change'
    4.On the resulting dialog, click 'Repair' - choose the online repair, it is a comprehensive fix
