Microsoft Office Specialist Certificate

Question

I completed and passed the exams in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and got an email awarding the certificate but I am not able to access and print or download.

How do I proceed? The Dashboard does not help either as no certificates appear there.

It may take up to several days before the certification is shown on your certification profile/dashboard.
