Hi There

I have similar situation, and additionally I cannot log into my privat account at all, as my login email is not recognized and login attempts says that my account doesn’t exist. Additionally yesterday, I received text message saying that someone has removed my phone number from my account. Unfortunately it was in a middle of the night and when I woke up, and try to log in, it wasn’t possible anymore. How am I to recover my account if I cannot login with my not recognized email or phone number?

Sorry if it is wrong place to post that question, but I am reading through this community forum using my company account trying to find any help.

    Hello ZbigniewZ_72,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Just to set your expectations, we have limited tools to check your account, subscription, and service details in the community. I believe someone is trying to take over your account and has been compromised. I would highly suggest to contact our Microsoft live support since they have tools to check your account but let me inform you ahead that we are all don't have manual access to any Microsoft accounts as this is automated by the system as Microsoft takes your security very seriously.

    Here are the steps:

    • Open this link. Contact Us - Microsoft Support
    • It will prompt you to sign in to your personal account where the Microsoft 365 subscription is associated
    • After logging into your account. It will ask you to choose a product.
    • Choose "Microsoft 365."
    • Next, select "Get Home Assistance"
    • You need to provide the problem you are having or you can type there.
    • At the bottom of the page. Select the "Contact Support" option.
    • Select "Microsoft 365 and Office"
    • In the Category, you can choose Billing & Payment Updates
    • It will ask you to choose a support option. It's up to you if you want to change the locale
    • Next, select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser."
    • It will automatically direct you to live support.

    I hope you understand.
