Tab issue

Question

I am using Outlook 2019 on a Mac computer version 16.78. When I open a "new" email, I am having an issue with the tab order. I type the recipient address in the "to" field, then when I hit tab to move to the CC field, it instead tabs over to an address book icon first, then to the CC, then to another address book icon, then to BC, then to an address book icon before going to the subject line field. I cannot find anywhere in the settings to change the tab order, or remove the address book icons from being to the right of each field.

How do I fix this? It is driving me crazy. I have googled and looked at youtube to find solutions and haven't found anyone else having this problem.
