    Hi Jillian Fairclough,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you!

Based on your description, we understand that your problem is " can’t receive emails”. Feel free to correct me if my understanding is wrong.

To move further, we may need more information from your side, please check the followings:

    1. Please clarify if any other users under the same domain is able to receive emails ? If all the users under the same domain is not able to receive the external emails. Please refer to Fix NDR error "550 5.4.1" in Exchange Online and check if you have setup the domain’s MX record correctly.

    2. Please send test emails from a different account to the impacted staff mailbox and check if the impacted staff is able to receive emails from any other senders? If the issue only happens to this specific send, this might be caused by something as simple as a typo in an email address, please double check if you have type the right email address.

Thank you for your time and understanding. For other questions, feel free to add your post in the Microsoft Community team.

    Regards,

    Microsoft Community
