I understand that you need help with Microsoft Authenticator app.

For us to isolate the issue further. I will be asking some questions then provide you some steps for you to try.

May I know if you have received a Text message or Email where you get the 6-digit code?

If not, then I suggest you check the verification code via Text Messages or Emails.
