IDrive Emails

I am trying to get a backed up file from IDrive. They email me a code to confirm it's me. However I do not receive any email in my inbox or junk folder. Their support people say they escalate the problem and will email me when it's fixed. Pretty idiotic when I can't get their emails. Can any one help? I did add them as a contact. I am not very computer savvy...

    Try to check if you did not blacklist or block them from sending you emails.

    Also, a lot of people have been complaining that they're not receiving mail in their mailboxes.

    Seems this is an issue with Microsoft, or maybe the email is not getting to the server.

    If your issue is with IDrive, you will have to raise support with the IDrive team.

    This is the Microsoft community forum.

    IDrive support would be the best to help you resolve this issue.

    I Do not have any action plan on IDrive.

    I apologies I cannot assist you, I am also a user/consumer like you.

    It is IDrive that I cannot receive an email from. They are my computer backup provider.

    I do have OneDrive on my computer.

    Is this a OneDrive Issue or IDrive?

    Are you able to access your account (Outlook) Is your OneDrive connected to your PC?

    Lately, lots of users have been complaining of not receiving email, I know this is an issue Microsoft is trying to resolve.

    Please provide more information.
