Using Outlook for iOS in business environments for email and scheduling
It seems like it must be something with MS and Jane because I do get all of their email if I use a gmail account.

Many health and wellness providers use an online booking system now called "Jane App". I've received emails from this system numerous times in the past, but all of a sudden I'm not receiving them anymore. I've checked my "rules" and and junk email settings. I've added the email/domain to both my "safe senders and domains" and "safe mailing list", the emails are not even coming through to my junk mail. It's important for me to receive these reminders and invoice receipts. Why are these being blocked all of a sudden??

Thanks for the update, I appreciate it! That's too bad but I can't say I'm surprised by their responses.
I’ve since reached out to Jane IT, and they say it’s a MS issue, MS says it’s Jane, still haven’t found a solution.
This exact issue with JaneApp started happening to me this month. Doc sent the invoice multiple times but the email has not come through. Last one I received was Jan 2nd 2024. I've also checked blocked senders, rules, junk mail, etc. and I have tried going through hotmail.com and Outlook but the results are the same.
Hi Kristen_Wysocki
I’m Garcia and I will be happy to help you with your question, I am a Microsoft consumer like you. Additionally, this is a user support forum and Independent Advisors cannot access accounts.
Are you able to receive emails from other senders without any issues, or are you experiencing similar problems with emails from different sources?
Have you tried accessing your email account through a different device or web browser to see if the issue persists across different platforms?
If you’ve checked all of these and the issue persists, the issue may be on the sender’s side. You can also reach out to them.
Best regards Garcia
