Using the New Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar

I'm sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Shared Calendars & Private Appointments. Could you please confirm if your MAC version is updated one? Also, please try to use the latest version of outlook. To fix this issue, use one of the following methods:
- Grant the user full access to the target mailbox.
- Grant the user delegate access to the target mailbox and access to see private items.
