The emails show only when i do a search but i can not find them individually. i have tired the home page by default view and still nothing, i have resetted all filters and views but also nothing.

    Hello Mohamad,

Thanks for posting the query here in this forum.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with recovering deleted emails.

I will suggest you use a third-party application MFC MAPI and see if it help

Please follow below link and download mfcmapi https://github.com/microsoft/mfcmapi/releases/tag/17.0.17099.01

Launch MFCMAPI and select Session > Logon.

Select your Outlook profile and click OK.

Expand the Root Container and select IPM_SUBTREE.

Right-click on the folder and select Open Contents Table.

Select all emails you want to move and right-click on them.

Click on Copy Messages and choose your destination folder.

Please note that MFCMAPI is a powerful tool that can cause data loss if used incorrectly. Therefore, it’s advisable to create a backup of your mailbox before using it.
