Based on your post regarding with "I am using Outlook on the web with Edge and sometimes have to Load More Folders to display all of my folders".
Please help us in isolating the issue by considering the following information:
- Have you tried clearing the browser caches and cookies? If not, kindly check with it.
- Have you tried changing the browser or opening the browser in InPrivate mode to see if it works? if you haven't tried with this way, kindly check to see if it makes any
difference. - Do you get the same error if you switch the network?
- Ensure that your sync settings are set up correctly. You can do this by going to the Outlook desktop app and clicking on File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Change > More Settings > Advanced. Ensure that the "Use Cached Exchange Mode" option is selected.
