Retaking my 98-388 exam

I received a mail to reschedule the retake exam which gave me my Certification ID and asked me to login to Certification Profile to start rescheduling process. But when I logged in using my email Id and password, I am allotted a different Certification ID in my certification dashboard which does not have any record of the previous attempt for the MTA exam. Please guide me on how to proceed further.
