Error on adding card

Anonymous

I am getting the error:

"Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card" When trying to register a card. I've tried using different Microsoft accounts, I've reviewed all the card and address details, I've tested several cards from different banks and the problem still persists. I've seen countless posts from people reporting the problem and none of them helped me, I can't contact support. This is very frustrating, I've already wasted hours on this. If I didn't really need to use a specific bot service for Skype on Azure, I would never continue registering just because of this inconvenience when registering.

    Dear lucasfnds

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Thank you for your feedback, I understand that you are having problems adding your card.

First of all, I would like to explain to you that the issue of adding a bank card is beyond the scope of technical support on the community forum, and I am very sorry that you cannot add a bank card at this time.

There may be many reasons, but to protect the privacy of community members, we don't have access to any user's current account information, nor can we know why you can't add a bank card at the moment.

The best solution at the moment is to direct you to the right technical support person. There, a technical support team will help you with any questions you may have with your card via live chat.

The following link can be used to contact the account number's customer service team:

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support2. In the box below “We'll work for you any time”, type “An error is reported when adding a bank card”, click “Get instructions” and then click “Contact customer support” below.3. In this section, you need to register a personal Microsoft accountNote: You can only use a personal MSA to register and the company account cannot display the correct content. If the account cannot be connected, you can use another account or create a new account to run;4. Select “Other Products” under Products and Services, select “Manage profile information” as a category and click to confirm5. You can select “Chat with support specialists in the web browser” to enter the chat window. I wish you all the best and hope you get a resolution there.
