1- when you said there is no code showing do you mean when try to sign into your corporate email account in outlook app phone or teams app using 2FA with verify your identity " Use a verification code from my mobile" you don't get the verification code to put it in your Microsoft authentication app.
Am i correct? If Yes! usually using the same phone to log into the Microsoft app and get the code and display the app to put the code in the Microsoft authentication app is sometime impossible it is advised to use the option Text xxxxxphonenumber for verify your identity. Many reason can be related as
Sync Time and Timezone: Confirm that the time and timezone on your mobile device are correctly set. The Authenticator app's ability to generate verification codes relies on accurate time synchronization. Maybe you are using conditional access method which can depend on the location. etc..
2- Or do you mean when try to sign into your corporate email account in outlook app phone or teams app using 2FA with Text xxxxxphonenumber for verify your identity you don't get the code message via your phone number.
If yes! as the picture you have share if you didn't get the code message via your phone number usually you will see " having trouble? sign in another way click on it use another way or the same way try several times. It could be Poor signal or intermittent connectivity may delay or prevent the delivery of the verification code or sometimes, multiple accounts may be added to the app, and the verification code could be delivered to the wrong account. Remove any unnecessary or incorrect accounts from the app.
