-looking at image, from left to right...

-Outlook desktop client - email received shows PNG link, PNG link =company logo

-middle and right, OWA does not show PNG link on preview panel

    Based on your description regarding "Outlook, embedded PNG". To understand the situation and be able to offer you relevant suggestions, we would need a little more information from you. Kindly help us in providing the following information.

    • May I know if you get same situation when you use copy and paste?
    • May I know if this issue happens to all users in your organization?
    • May I double confirm that Preview links in email option is enabled in your settings? to check this kindly open outlook on Web (https://outlook.office.com/)--> Go to Settings or Gear icon-->Email-->Compose and reply-->scroll down to Link preview-->Make sure that preview links in email is enabled Use Link Preview in Outlook.com and Outlook on the web - Microsoft Support
    • Would you mind providing that PNG link via private message for the privacy of your data? I would like to make some more consultations on this issue from my end as well.
    • Would you mind to kindly provide the screenshot of the outlook version are you using? Kindly go to File-->Office Account For data security reasons, please provide some above requested information in private message.
      Here is the steps for private message: Click on Account manager or your profile-->my profile-->View private message. (See below screenshot) Image .
