My client has a strange problem. Due to work needs, Outlook is shared by many people. Now he wants to open the prompt login credentials option in Outlook. Found that the option is gray and cannot be used. May I ask how to use this option? Is it related to account or version information? In addition, I found that my Outlook is also the same. However, this option can be opened on the computer provided by the company
