Html email template displays differently

We have an HTML email template that appears correctly in the Outlook of administrators. However, it exhibits varying formatting and spacing issues for other users.

    Based on your description, we understand that your problem is " Html email template displays differently”. Feel free to correct me if my understanding is wrong.

    To move further, we may need more information from your side, please check the followings:

    1. Please help clarify if the impacted users are opening the Html email template with the classic outlook for windows or the new outlook for windows?

    If they are using the classic outlook for windows,

    2. Please check if the "Read all standard mail in plain text" option is unselected via File>Options>Trust Center>Trust Center Settings…>Email Security>Read as Plain Text. 3. Please run the outlook in safe modeand check if the issue still persist.

    4. Please repair the office and check if it helps.
