IP Bouncing Issue (Error Code S3150) - Seeking Outlook Support

Dear Outlook Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we've encountered with our recently purchased dedicated server. Unfortunately, we've observed that all of the IPs associated with it are bouncing with error code (S3150). I have made several attempts to reach out to your support team through the provided link: https://olcsupport.office.com.

Despite providing all necessary information, I have consistently received automated responses. Even when I replied to these emails with additional details, I did not receive any further assistance. Could you kindly assist us with resolving this matter? Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    So there is no misunderstanding, please note that this is a public forum. We do not work for Microsoft and do not have access to user accounts.

    Does the bounce message say the IP is in a netblock that is blocked?

    You need to go through the SNDs program, return path, and support (which you've already tried) to resolve it. https://postmaster.live.com/pm/services.aspx#Section1
