    Hello,

    I have the same problem.

    The domain i'm sending the e-mails from is @retros-gallery.com.

    It's a work account.

    The problem started about 2 weeks ago.

    I'm checking the e-mail with the outlook e-mail app on desktop.

    Awaiting your reply.

    Thanks,

    Alice

    Hi JimPtak

    Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Community forum.

    I understand that you're experiencing issues with sending emails to @gmail.com addresses. The error message you received indicates that the IP address sending the message does not have a PTR record set up, or the corresponding forward DNS entry does not point to the sending IP. This means that Gmail is not accepting messages from IPs with missing PTR records.

    To better understand the probem, I'd like to ask a few questions;

    • Can you tell which specific email address you're using to send emails to Gmail? Just provide us the domain if it's @outlook.com, @hotmail.com or something else.
    • Is this a personal account or work/school account?
    • When did the problem started?
    • How do you access your email when sending/receiving emails? Is it through the Outlook mail app or on the Outlook.com web or something else?

    I look forward to your reply.

    Sincerely,

    ReynaldoB
