Where does it save to?

Hi,

I've on several occasions now opened a Word document directly from an Outlook email and made edits.

I have been able to "Save" the document, but I cannot find where this has been stored.

I have had our IT department look through my temp files with no success. I have also looked on the cloud and can't find the edited versions.

Can you confirm where these would be saved, I assume it has something to do with the cloud.

The fact it is allowing me to Save and not Save As, it seems like there would be a solution to this issue.

I can't find anything online assisting me with where to look.

Thanks,

Steph

    HI Darpan,

    I am using - Microsoft® Outlook® 2019 MSO (Version 2308 Build 16.0.16731.20310) 64-bit.

Screenshot below is of a Word File which was opened directly from Microsoft Outlook. I then went "Save As" to show you default saving location.

I didn't "Save As" on these occasions, just "Saved" and cannot locate the file.

If there are any specific screenshots required, please let me know.

    Thanks,
