Making my app registration live

Hi.. I have registered an application in my azure app directory with the required permissions and scopes. It is installed in my teams workspace. Now I would like to know the steps to publish this application / make this application live, so that the other teams can integrate my application.

Are there any documentation for these steps ?
Please share.
