How to restrict an user not to import/export .pst file from O365 outlook?

how to disable option 'Export to file' from Outlook 365 -> File -> Open & Export -> Import/Export -> Export to File. So as a user cannot export mailbox contents via PST file.

    Take a look at Jeff's answer in Restricting Users From Creating PST. In Essence you are look at using a Administrative Template GPO for Outlook and the Disable Items in User Interface \ Custom element.

    All the GPO is doing is adding this string Item Property;

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\policies\microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\disabledcmdbaritemslist

    "TCID1"="2577"

    Just tested in Outlook 365.
