- Which version of Outlook are you currently using or the new Outlook desktop client)?-What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support. This will help determine if there are any known issues or updates needed for your version.
2. Could you please check if the ‘Show Progress’ option is enabled in your Outlook settings? You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Alt + S to open the Send/Receive Groups dialog. From there, you can configure the settings to show the progress dialog box.
- Did you recently upgrade or update Outlook, or did this issue occur suddenly?
- Have you checked the Outlook settings to see if the option to display the Send/Receive progress dialogue box is still available?
