Login error: Back filled errors: Unhandled rejection

Hi Sir/Madam,

We have registered a new email address but there’s login error. May I know how to solve the issue?

    Hello

    I’m Adeyemi and I’d be happy to help you with your question.

    Delete and Add the Account again to refresh it.

    You can try deleting and adding the account again, to do this: Go to Control Panel > Mail > Email accounts, then delete and add the account.
