Calendar Sub Folder User Limit

Hello,

I am looking to create a subfolder (under My Calendar) within Outlook to send out to 60+ and am unsure what the limit is for such access. I want to create a calendar that is accessible to 60+ people where they can place upcoming events to be viewed by all who have access to this subfolder Calendar. I have done it in the past with 16 people and it works beautifully. I just can't seem to find anywhere online the answer to the limit of users added to such a folder/calendar.

Example:

In Outlook >

Calendar > My Username (dropdown) > My Calendars > ((created folder))

Invitations are sent out to access said folder.

Thank you.

Kevin

    Dear Kevin,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community

Regarding your query, there is no specific limit to the number of users who can access or shared a subfolder calendar in Outlook for Mac. However, the performance of the calendar may be affected if too many users are accessing it simultaneously. It is recommended to limit the number of users to a reasonable amount to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, please ensure that the users have the necessary permissions to access the subfolder calendar.

Moreover, you may also consider creating a Microsoft 365 group and use a group calendar, for more efficient calendar experience with multiple users.

In the meantime, if you have any other question or I've got you wrong, please feel free to let me know.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day!

    Sincerely,
