pop-up when sending e-mails

Hi,

I am trying to set a pop-up message to remind me to flag an e-mail before the system send it out. I want to decide what e-mail should be flagged for a follow up, that is why I need a reminder every time I hit the send button. Then I decide whether to apply the flag or not

    I was reading your requirement, you should provide your feedback to product team as Microsoft agent has suggested.

    I am writing summary again.

    Regarding your scenario, I can fully understand your concern and I had provided very correct direction and process to make changes in product service. Microsoft's related product team is still developing so many things at this moment, and they can keep attention and updating product service based on user's shared experience, without user's suggestion or shared experience, they cannot aware about certain things under the product service to make changes. Microsoft is updating product experience based on users' valuable suggestion and shared experience about product.

    If you can truly understand my explanation and correct redirection about Outlook experience, other user can easily find this topic here and they can also provide their valuable suggestion to the relevant product team via this thread information, they can make necessary changes in product service. Because Microsoft has specific product team for different products and application who are developing and make changed in product based on users’ shared experience about product or application. They can only aware for this situation when users are sharing this kind of scenario on feedback portal https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback , because our related team is also reviewing this feedback portal to get new suggestion from users, users shared experiences about products are most important to make necessary changes.

    For my correct redirection and explanation, I I would like to request you to provide your important and valuable vote on this reply so that other users can also find this information here. Because so many users are finding correct direction information for their situations via different thread. The reason of valuable vote on this thread is more and more user can share their suggestion to product team from this thread.

    According to your mentioned screenshot information, I have checked several things, but currently there is not any particular settings options available to achieve this specific requirement.

    Furthermore, since we are also users similar like you, but we are providing correct direction and information after doing some particular test.

    To develop some specific feature or settings options in product service, Microsoft's relevant product team need some guidance from users side so that they can make some more convenient feature in product for users. For this, would you mind to share your valuable and unique ideas directly to our product design team via feedback portal platform?

    Here is the most recent example to understand the role of the product team based on user feedback:

    Recently, our different product design teams are developing many things, such as the new Outlook, the new Teams app experience, functions, and as users we cannot compare features between classic and new Outlook experience, because both experiences have different functionality because different users want different features in product,  for each user, the product team cannot develop a separate feature or function in the product, due to this reason, our related product developer team is keeping attention on each user's valuable suggestion. Unique suggestions from users are the most important thing for them to build new things into products.

    Based on the different suggestions, our product developer team is designing convenient way and developing new features and functions in the product so that all users can use the product smoothly. But, to do this, we have to give strong ideas to the product development team. Product teams are also comparing ratio of users feedback and upvotes to take decision for updating and developing products with more convenient features options.
