Authentication or Initialization failed error and the reload does nothing.

I am trying to add a new email to outlook with Microsoft 365 and I keep getting an Authentication or Initialization failed error and the reload does nothing. I tried loading it by using exchange or POP with same error. I have loaded the email on my Ipad and android device with no issues.

    Based on your description, I know you face some problems on outlook

    but you've provided so little information that I can't tell if the problem you're experiencing is one within the other. Please let me ask a few questions to better troubleshoot your problem.

    Are you a personal or business user? If a business user, what is your domain name?


    Can you provide a screenshot of the error you're reporting?

    I am getting the below error. and the reload option does not work. how do i fix this?
