Email login issues

I go to try and log into my college email and it says unable to login and on account recovery it says Microsoft doesn’t recognize the account.

To recover your school account, you will need to reach out to your school administrator or I.T for further assistance. Resetting your password in Outlook.com page is applicable for personal Microsoft account.
