Draft overwrite issue?

Hi,

I have just been writing a draft email on my laptop for multiple hours. When I finished it, I went to pull the draft up on my mobile. However, it had the old draft open from before I started working on it on my computer. When I went to cross it off, it said draft saved and overridden the content that I had just been working on via the laptop.

When I then went back onto my laptop to quickly check it was still there, it has been deleted to the original draft that was on my phone - loosing all the work I had just spent hours on.

The undo feature isn't working on the outlook app and I have no idea how to retrieve the email I had completed.

Can anyone help with this please?
