How do you block subscriptions that keep returning?

We get over 300 auto subscriptions daily which I can't seem to block anymore. It let me block the first few hundred and now when I try to block them all they just reapear moments later. Hundreds of spam emails daily. If I try to unsubscribe then it redirects me to their scam sites to confirm your email is valid so they can resell. If I block them, they are only blocked until I hit the refresh button or go back to the subscription page. I've unsubscribed from stuff only to see it back on the subscription list over and over. I've blocked these senders only to see them back on the subscription list and removed from blocked senders.

Anyone have any insight?

Not really acceptable. That's too many steps and puts my work emails at risk of being sent to the junk folder. This is a microsoft outlook problem which no one seems to care about fixing.

This shouldn't be a "common problem''... In my current opinion, Outlook is one of the worse email providers to use.

I spent 4 hours talking to microsoft reps yesterday and they just kept having me open a new ticket for someone else to ask the same questions then tell me to open a new ticket, I call that the run around. What I gather is there is no fix for this at all, there are methods to try to reduce the spam but ultimatly if someone gets your email and sells it to auto subscribers, your just out of luck. It would be nice if you could actually block the senders. Don't know why that's an option but dosen't work, bad coding or possibly revenue, who knows. I'm done wasting my time with these issues. We will continue to delete the hundreds of spam emails a day until we can relocate to another provider.

Thank you for the reponse AJIBOLA

Bingo! You got it. Look up subscription bomb. You'll know how it works. It can stop only when the spam bots get taken down. It's really not that easy to stop this from hitting your mailbox because they may be legitimate subscriptions but it is spam bots who use your leaked email address to subscribe.

Hey there, my name is Ajibola and I'm excited to help you today!

This is a common problem that many email users have faced, and it may be difficult to block them using the standard rules or spam filters. However, there are some possible solutions that you can try,

Create a Rule to Block Emails with Blank Senders

    1. At first, locate and click the “Rule” icon in the “Move” section.
    2. Then select “Manage Rules & Alerts”.
    3. A popup window of “Rules and Alters” will arise, in which we should click “New Rule”.
    4. In “Rules Wizard”, select “Apply rule on messages I receive” and click “Next”.
    5. Next it will require us to select conditions. We need to neglect the conditions, applying the rule to all received messages. Thus we should click “Next” directly. A prompt will crop up. Click “Yes” to go to the next step.
    6. Later we should choose the specific actions, such as deleting it or moving it to the specified folder. I usually tend to delete it. And then click “Next”.
    7. Here comes the pivotal step – select exceptions. We should select “except with specific words in the sender’s address”.
    8. Click on the “specific” in blue and type “@” in the field. Click the “Add” button and “OK” to save the exception.
    9. Click ‘Next” and “Finish” to save the rule. It will return to the “Rule and Alerts” interface. Click the “Apply” button at the left bottom. This rule will be activated immediately.
