    Dear Tin Zhang,

    I also had the same problem, my ******@guruinovatif.com account too, suddenly dropped from 5 Tera to only 100GB.

    I'm currently trying to move my files to an external drive because I'm overusing 300% of the available storage.

    Can you explain why this happened without any email or notification?
