Greetings
I was doing a backup of the inbox and folders, and at the end I got a synchronization error [800CCCD2-0-0-322, I tried to do it manually with a folder, and all the emails disappeared, apparently it gave me synchronization problems again and now I can not see them and they are very important, how can I revert or recover the emails that I moved to backup, I have almost 600 emails in the folder ERROR DE SINCRONIZACION
Thanks

Hi, I'm Diane and I'm happy to help you today.
How were you doing the backup?
It sounds like the account is an IMAP account - can you find the messages in web mail?
I have almost 600 emails in the folder ERROR DE SINCRONIZACION
How many messages per day are there? If there are only a few each day, it's not an problem - but a lot of messages per day is.
What do the messages say? The text in the line (or two) above the red text will identify the folder that has the error.
After you look at a few, you can empty the folder - Outlook will recreate the messages if there are still sync issue.
Let us know how it goes, we're here to help you further if needed.
