We have an update on recall feature in the new Outlook, to recall sent items in the new Outlook for windows, you may follow this steps.
- Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window.
- On the toolbar, select
Recall Message, then select OK in the confirmation dialog box.
- Shortly thereafter, you'll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox. Select the link in that message to see whether your recall has succeeded, is pending, or failed.

Therefore, once you recall the sent items, you'll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox. Select the link in that message to see whether your recall has succeeded, is pending, or failed. Moreover, if you don't have recall feature yet in new outlook, Kindly note that since it is rolling out, it may not reach to your organization tenant. Therefore, I sincerely recommend wait patiently. Hopefully it will roll out to all users soon.
