Recall Procedure.

I am using this version of Outlook. the You have Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2024.124.100 (Production). Client Version is 20240126002.06 .

In this version how can i recall the message i sent . Please give a detail step for this problem.

    Good day! Hope you are doing well!

    We have an update on recall feature in the new Outlook, to recall sent items in the new Outlook for windows, you may follow this steps.

    1. Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window.
    2. On the toolbar, select  The Recall Message button. Recall Message, then select OK in the confirmation dialog box.
    3. Shortly thereafter, you'll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox. Select the link in that message to see whether your recall has succeeded, is pending, or failed.

    Therefore, once you recall the sent items, you'll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox. Select the link in that message to see whether your recall has succeeded, is pending, or failed.     Moreover, if you don't have recall feature yet in new outlook, Kindly note that since it is rolling out, it may not reach to your organization tenant. Therefore, I sincerely recommend wait patiently. Hopefully it will roll out to all users soon.

    Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

    Based on the outlook version you have shared, I understand that you are using the new Outlook for Windows (Preview) version. I do understand your query here, but recall sent email feature is not yet available in the new Outlook. Message recall feature is only available in the Classic Outlook for windows app at the moment. However, please note that this feature is currently not available but under development by the team as requested by many users and will start rollout after mid-February.  If you heavily rely on this feature, you may consider toggling out of the new Outlook for Windows preview for now.
