Junk Rules containing key words

Hi,

I setup junk rules based on the sender's address containing specific words to automatically delete the message. However, this does not seem to be functioning. Emails with the same specific words are still appearing in my junk mail.

I generated a report but the reports don't appear to contain the rules that I've setup.

Am I missing a step somewhere?

    Rules do not apply to items delivered to the Junk folder. The Outlook.com Junk filter runs ahead of any Inbox rules.
