Hello,

I have a problem with accessing another outlook account.
Once I login, I am faced with the screen: "We're updating our termsAs part of our effort to improve your experience across our consumer services, we're updating the Microsoft Services Agreement. We want to take this opportunity to notify you about this update.".

When I press the Next button under the message, I see the error page:
https://account.live.com/error.aspx?errcode=1086&uaid=***********************

"There's a temporary problem
There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."

Could you please help me solve the problem?

    Hello,

    My name is Jackson and thanks for your questions.

    I sincerely apologize for the problem you are having changing your account password, I am a user too and I understand how frustrating it is.

    The problem appears to be a temporary service issue on Microsoft's part as I am also experiencing the same. This as it has been reported and we expect a fix soon, so I will recommend you to try it again much later.

    To speak to someone from the Microsoft account teams, please use the chat link below and then you can request a call back. type your account issue into search, scroll down to see the Chat with support option;
