Microsoft account settings login loop

I am trying to acess my microsoft account management, and everytime i go there i have a login loop, it never get's me anywhere (@hotmail)

then i've tryied with another account and it open the settings with no problem (outlook), without taking me to a login

i have already cleared my cache, and tried on google chrom and Edge, both do the same.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble login into Hotmail.

    This could be an intermittent issue.

    Try validating your account security information using the following form: https://account.live.com/reputationcheck.

    Once done, using an in-private browser, sign into https://hotmail.live.com/
