Dear manager,

I have a problem in opening outlook app.

The machine is mac m3 pro model.

I cannot react anything because only error report is shown.

    I got a hint from the word 'software-related issue.'

    I turned off the third-party app 'Microsoft Remote Desktop,' and the outlook works well.
